FAQ

How long do I have to report a problem?expand_more
7 days from the day the carrier marks your order delivered. After 7 days the order is considered closed.
Do I have to pay return shipping?expand_more
Return shipping is settled case-by-case as part of the dispute — when the seller is at fault, we push for the seller to cover it.
What if the seller insists everything is fine?expand_more
You can escalate to our trust & safety team at any point and they'll make the final call.
Can I get partial refunds?expand_more
Yes — for minor issues many disputes resolve with a partial refund and you keep the item. The choice is yours.
Are there any exclusions?expand_more
Coverage doesn't apply to buyer's remorse, items you damaged after delivery, or items shipped outside our supported regions.
