These Terms govern your access to and use of RareDepot. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be 18 years of age or older to sell on RareDepot.
2. Listings
Listings must accurately describe the item being sold and comply with our prohibited items policy. We may remove listings that violate these rules without notice.
- No counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized reproductions.
- No items prohibited by applicable law.
- No deceptive grading or condition claims.
3. Orders, payments, and fees
Buyers pay through our checkout. Sellers receive payouts on the schedule shown in their seller dashboard, less the marketplace fee. Order disputes are subject to our Buyer Protection program.
4. Conduct
Don't harass, dox, or threaten other users. Don't scrape or attempt to circumvent rate limits or technical protections. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and host that content in connection with operating the service.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
RareDepot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the greater of the fees you paid in the prior 12 months and $100.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
